Choosing to compete in a Bikini, Wellness, Figure, or Men’s Physique Competition can be a very daunting task. Let us and your Teammates be your support and guidance system every step of the way!
Choose from our 3 month (up to 15 weeks), 6 month, or 12 month packages!
The 3 month package is best suited to those who’ve competed previously or are less than 15lbs. away from stage weight (if unsure, DM a coach and we’ll help!).
The 6 month package is a great option for first time competitors who need either need to lose some body fat OR who need to reverse into higher calories (put on muscle, bring up a lagging body part, etc) before starting contest prep. Note: Those who’ve competed before can use this package for multiple shows.
The 12 month package is the best option for either someone who’s 30 or more pounds away from stage weight OR a competitor looking to compete & reverse multiple times in year. Note: This is also a GREAT package for someone wanting to make a transformation and culminate with gracing the stage OR someone wanting to pack on muscle / size for moving up a class.
The 6 and 12 month packages give you and your coach the most flexibility to dial your physique in. Whether this is to add muscle, reverse you into higher calories, or simply bring up some lagging body parts, time is your ally in this sport!
